Well, you certainly have given the Mayor of Stormlandia a lot to think about – from the economics of the cooling centers, to potential carbon footprint reductions from rain gardens, to the health risks from combined sewer overflows, to the pros and cons of relocating houses and businesses lying in flood zones. Kudos for your convincing arguments, your use of scientific data and current resources, and your thorough understanding of the issues facing Stormlandia.
